I chose a "FUN" dessert for potluck tomorrow at church! Saw these online and thought they were so cute I had to try it! The kids LOVED watching me put these "hamburgers" together! (they also loved putting together their own little "hamburger" to eat!) Pretty simple, and they turned out really cute! Such a cute, sweet summer treat!
Little mini "hamburger"!
I used Vanilla wafers for the buns, white frosting for the mayo, colored the coconut green for the lettuce, little peppermint patties for the meat, red and yellow frosting for the catsup and mustard, and some sesame seeds! I used the cheese grater to make the bottom cookie flat so that they would sit better on the plate.
Put it all together, with a little honey on top to help the sesame seeds stick and you have your self the cutest, sweetest, little "hamburgers" ever!
